Obligated.

So am I obligated to watch a sub-par sitcom just because someone I know is in it? Last night, Jamie and I sat down to watch "Welcome to the Captain" to see a high school classmate's new show. This is a huge deal because Jamie and I rarely have time to sit down together much less watch television together. Add to this the fact that we already watched the Super Bowl together and you have quite the quality time spent in front of network television. That is how dedicated we are to our high school "alma mater".


Maybe it's unfair to say that it is sub-par. But I worry that the show thinks it is funnier than it actually is. Hopefully, the critics will like it, because Fran truly is a phenomenal and dedicated actor and it's nice to see him in the main role.
