Last night something remarkable happened. The Book Fair that I organized at our school raised $1,157.75 in its first two hours! All of the advertising, the organizing, the rallying of troops, and the stacking came together and, seriously, we raised $1,157.75.
Which is more than we raised last year in the entire run of our Book Fair. Also, we raised an additional $200+ in two days of collection in our Coin Drive.
I am completely inspired by the generosity of our families. This is a good feeling.
