Q: What's Big and White and Gets Melissa Home from the Airport in Record Time?

A: Not her cab.

In fact, it took close to two hours to get home from the airport last night. Lots of snow. And our driver almost hit a poor dog. Also, today Brendan almost stepped on a poor mouse in Baxter Hall. But that's totally unrelated.

Anyway, I noticed that my blogging frequency correlates strongly with the amount of work I have. Except, it doesn't go the way you'd think it would: the more work I have, the more often I blog. It just goes to show the extent to which I want to procrastinate. Since I'm starting classes tomorrow, you can look forward to some more updates.

You may have noticed that keen new "Email Me!" function...that is courtesy of Drew. Let's all thank Drew. Thanks Drew. Use it -- although I can't promise that I will write you back right away...

Last, I have to say that I don't actually "hate" Carleton. In fact, I had a lovely time there this weekend. Highlights definitely included hearing that people used to tell Drew that he looked like Rudy from "Rudy" and learning how to jumpstart a car on the way to the airport. Oh, and having my Thai food stolen.
